Low Smoke Zero Halogen Low Voltage Cable LSZH Fire Resistant Unarmoured

APPLICATION

The cables are suited for use in wet and dry areas, conduits, ducts, troughs, trays, direct burial, aerial supported by a messenger, and where superior electrical properties are desired. These cables are capable of operating continuously at the conductor temperature not in excess of 90°C for normal operation in wet and dry locations, 130°C for emergency overload, and 250°C for short circuit conditions

CCONSTRUCTION

  • Conductor :Class 2 stranded copper conductor
  • Insulation :XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene)
  • Bedding :LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
  • Sheath :LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)

ADVANTAGE

  • Composite high temperature resistance performance
  • Compressive and tensile strengthening
  • LSZH jacket
  • Anti bending and anti deformation
  • Electromagnetic and Environmental Adaptability
  • Low frequency interference shielding
  • Chemical corrosion protection
  • Direct burial without conduit
  • Extended lifespan

FAQ

Q.What is low-voltage LSZH flame-retardant unarmored cable?
A. A cable designed for circuits below 1kV, featuring Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) materials, flame-retardant properties, and no metallic armor layer. Ideal for indoor installations requiring enhanced fire safety

Q.Why choose LSZH for flame-retardant cables?
A. LSZH materials minimize toxic fumes and corrosive gases during fires, ensuring safer evacuation and reduced equipment damage (PH≥4.3, conductivity≤10μS/mm)

Q‌. Where are they typically used?
A. High-rise buildings, subways, hospitals, and data centers where fire safety and low smoke emission are critical

Q‌. How does the flame-retardant mechanism work?
A. The cable’s cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation suppresses flame spread, achieving Class B/C per GB/T 18380.3

Q‌. What’s the temperature resistance range?
A. Operating temperature: -20°C to 90°C (standard) or up to 105°C

Q‌. Can these cables replace armored cables in hazardous areas?
A. No. Unarmored versions lack mechanical protection; use only in environments without crushing risks
