AAAC is an overhead bare conductor cable made from high-strength aluminum alloy, widely used in power transmission & distribution networks.
Lightweight – Easier installation with longer spans & less sag

1.Conductor Material:
High-strength aluminum alloy wires (typically Al-Mg-Si series alloy, such as 6201 or 8030 aluminum alloy)
No steel core (key difference from ACSR conductors)
2.Stranding Configuration:
Central single wire + concentric stranded layers design
Common stranding patterns:
7-wire (1+6)
19-wire (1+6+12)
37-wire (1+6+12+18), etc.
